Day 1
WELCOME TO SICILY'S YOGA RETREAT
Arrival at Catania/Palermo Airport and transfer to the Villa in the area of Ragusa / Trapani. In both cases Transfer time 1 h. Our driver will wait for you at the airport. Arrival at the airport of Catania or Palermo based on the retreat you have chosen. Private transfer to your private luxury villa. Welcome drink in the villa around the relaxing pool. Rest of the day free for relax, swimming pool and enjoying the villa and the surroundings area. Dinner will be served in the villa and prepared by local chefs. Dinner will be prepared on site by our private chefs.

Day 2
YOGA PRACTICE - MASSAGE OR SPORT ACTIVITIES
Breakfast will be served outside in the garden with pool view if the weather permits. After breakfast your Sicilian adventure will start. You will get acquainted with your Yoga class fellows and with your teacher. Our LGBTQI friendly teacher is a certified Hatha Yoga Master and he will offer you a Vinyasa Yoga class. There will be also time for meditation. Dennis, Brian and Larissa will be on your site during the entire week for private meditation classes in the Morning. The group Yoga class will start at 10 every morning. After Yoga there will be time for yourself, for relax, for fitness activities or group sport sessions together with Dennis or Brian. Lunch will be served starting by 1 pm for the entire group. During the afternoon our teachers will be available for a private individual additional Yoga class or for a hour of individual personal training. Our teachers are also masseurs and they can be booked on site for an individual massage session. Massage sessions are also included in the program and in the final retreat fee. After the activity day, there will be always time for relax. Dinner will be prepared from our private chefs on site and will be served starting by 8 pm for the entire group.

Day 3

YOGA PRACTICE - SPORT - EXPERIENCE
Breakfast will be served outside in the garden if the weather permits. The group Yoga class will start at 10 in the morning. After Yoga there will be time for yourself, for relax, for fitness activities or group sport sessions together with Dennis or Brian.Lunch will be served starting by 1 pm for the entire group. During the afternoon our teachers will be available for a private individual additional Yoga class, for a hour of individual personal training and for group sport activities inside or outside the villa. Our teachers are all certified trainers and they offer very special sport activities like TET (total effective training session), individual coaching, outdoor sport activities, pool gym. In the afternoon at 2 pm our tailor-made experience will take place:
Retreat Villa Tangi – Trapani This tailor-made tour will lead you to Marsala and to the medieval town of Erice. After visiting the salt pans of Marsala, by cable car, you will reach the mysterious medieval town of Erice, 2000 feet above the see with a breathtaking view of the Western Mediterranean see. In Erice we will visit the famous pastry shops of the town and taste delicious and well know almonds pastries. After the experience, transfer to the villa. Dinner will be served by 8,30 pm in the villa and prepared by our private chefs.

Day 6
