Terms and conditions

Last updated: 9 September 2026

These terms govern the use of this website and the travel services sold through it by Tempo di Viaggi S.r.l.s., trading as MyGayTour.

1. Who we are

Tempo di Viaggi S.r.l.s.
Via Giacomo Matteotti 1/B, 53027 San Quirico d’Orcia (SI), Italy
VAT number IT 01584560526
Email: info@mygaytour.com
Certified email (PEC): tempodiviaggisrls@pec.it

2. What this website is

This site presents our trips and lets you send an enquiry. No booking is concluded and no payment is taken on this website. Submitting a request creates no obligation for either side: it is an invitation for us to come back to you with availability and a full price.

3. How a booking is made

  1. You send a request through the site, by email or by WhatsApp.
  2. We reply with availability, the full price and the conditions that apply to that specific trip.
  3. A contract exists only once you accept our written confirmation and pay the deposit stated in it.

Prices shown on this site are indicative, per person, and depend on dates, group size and availability. The price that binds us is the one in your written confirmation.

4. Package travel rights

Where what we sell you is a package within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302 and Italian Legislative Decree 62/2018, you have the rights that legislation gives you, including the standard information form, protection against the organiser’s insolvency, and the right to transfer the booking to another traveller. Those rights are set out in the confirmation documents for your trip and cannot be reduced by anything on this page.

5. Cancellation and changes

Until that scale is published, the cancellation terms that apply to you are the ones written in the confirmation you receive for your trip.

6. Your right of withdrawal

Under Article 47(1)(g) of the Italian Consumer Code, the 14 day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to package travel and to accommodation, transport and leisure services supplied on a specific date. The cancellation terms of your booking apply instead.

7. What you are responsible for

  • Holding a valid passport or identity document, and any visa, for every country on your itinerary.
  • Meeting the health and vaccination requirements of your destination.
  • Giving us accurate names and details: an incorrect name on a ticket can mean it cannot be used, and airlines charge for corrections.
  • Arriving at the times and places set out in your travel documents.

8. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance covering medical costs, cancellation and repatriation. Where insurance is included in a trip, this is stated in your confirmation; where it is not, it is not included.

9. Travelling as an LGBTQIA+ traveller

We choose stays and partners with our travellers in mind. We cannot, however, change the law or the attitudes of a country you visit. Where a destination carries specific risks, we say so before you book. We ask you to read the travel advice published by your own government for every country on your itinerary.

10. Guides and group leaders

Some trips include a guide or a group leader and some do not, and who accompanies a departure may change. What is included for your trip is stated in your confirmation, and nothing on this site should be read as a general promise that a guide is included.

11. Complaints

Tell us during the trip if something is wrong, so that we have the chance to put it right. Afterwards, write to info@mygaytour.com or to our certified email address. We reply within 30 days.

If we cannot resolve it, you can use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Content on this site

Texts, photographs, the MyGayTour name and the MyGayTour logo belong to Tempo di Viaggi S.r.l.s. or to those who licensed them to us. You may not reuse them commercially without our written permission.

We keep this site accurate, but descriptions, photographs and indicative prices may change. Nothing here is a binding offer until it is in your written confirmation.

13. Personal data

How we handle your personal data is set out in our privacy policy, and cookies in our cookie policy.

14. Governing law

Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, any dispute is heard by the court where you are resident or domiciled, as Article 66 bis of the Italian Consumer Code provides. In any other case, the court of Siena has jurisdiction.
